VIDEO: Life in 2006 – Backyard Wrestling

We got so tired of talking about 2016 that we decided to make a series on 2006 instead. I’m joined by my long time friends Justin and Terry talk about what life was like for us 10 years earlier as we react to videos of ourselves from 2006. In this episode we watch clips from when we were “Backyard Wrestlers” and talk about our lost agility, some of our questionable fashion decisions and plenty of funny memories about Backyard Wrestling and life in general.

If you like this episode then check back soon for the other episodes that see us react to more Life in 2006.

Robbie Williams to play intimate one off show to celebrate BRIT Icon Award

The pop legend is back again, this time with his latest album “Heavy Entertainment show” which will be released on November 4th. To celebrate the new album and becoming the 2017 recipient of the BRIT Awards prestigious “Icon Award”, Robbie Williams is set to play a one off show at the legendary Troxy in the heart of East London on November 7th. Robbie does not play venues of the size much anymore and it  is sure to be a one of a kind experience with the boy from Stoke.

britsiconThe BRITS con Award celebrates artists that have made a huge impact on British music. The Robbie Williams website explains that the awards is presented “to artists whose writing, recording and performances have set them apart as having made a lasting impact on British culture, recognising the very highest level of British musical achievement”.

The statement goes on to give more details on the intimate Troxy gig, hinting at a few surprises and special moments such as “an interview with Robbie as well as interviews with key figures and friends who have influenced his life and career”.

The show is also planned to be recorded as part of a 90 minute special on the artist which will be featured on ITV later in the year. Tickets go on sale this coming Monday at 12pm.
